HOW DO I BOOK MY ROOM? 

Once your enquiry form has been received our agent will get in contact with you to confirm availability and arrange a viewing date.

On the date of viewing you will be able to choose your room and fill in & sign an official application form on the premises.

In order to sign an application form please produce a student card or proof of registration, ID book and NSFAS or bursary approval. 

Once this process has been undertaken you will be able to sign a lease agreement with your designated building manager.

CAN I VIEW THE ROOMS ? 

Yes, please contact info@campusafrica.co.za / fill in the enquiry form or contact us via 071 999 1246 or 010 109 1700 to book a viewing.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND TO SLEEPOVER? 

We do not facilitate sleepovers at our residences.

IS THERE ANY MAINTENANCE INCLUDED IN MY LEASE? 

If there is any maintenance issues in your room, please inform building management and your issues will be attended to in a timely manner.

ARE THERE CLEANERS FOR MY ROOM? 

No, Cleaners clean communal areas daily, although vacuum cleaners are available at the building managers office

WHAT IS THE PROCESS IF Iā€™D LIKE TO VACATE MY ROOM? 

All students must provide a written letter stating one months notice from the 1st of the month

CAN I CHANGE MY ROOM DURING THE YEAR? 

It is possible to change rooms but please arrange with your designated building manager

WHAT DO I NEED TO APPLY?

  • Copy of your ID

  • Proof of acceptance to University

  • NSFAS approval (if applicable)

  • Bursary letter (if applicable)

  • Sponsor's / parents documents such as:

    • Copy of ID

    • 3 Months bank statements

    • Proof of income
